As we near the finishing phase of our 500 square foot room addition, we would like to take the time to thank Home Install Pros for the quality workmanship and assistance in helping us design our new great room and two additional smaller projects in the kitchen and basement.

Our goal was to increase room space for our entertainment area and to add natural light to a room that virtually received no sunlight throughout the day. We had a fixed budget and had bids from several contractors over many months. Brian came the closest to our budget and by his suggestions for design and vendors, we were able to obtain our goal and stay within our budget. In addition, we gained 500 square feet of additional storage space.

The concrete and framing crew were hardworking, even in extremely cold weather. John, the crew leader and his team were easy to work with. They made sure that the exterior of the new room matched the existing house. The painting crew was diligent in matching trim in the existing room that would adjoin the new room so that it would look like one contiguous room. The electrical contractor and heating contractor were responsive to our needs. Home Install Pros upgraded the entries into the new rooms with arches instead of square door frames. Additional ideas which would further enhance the overall design were also suggested and implemented. Brian was quick to respond to our requests.

Since we were so pleased with the work, we decided to have our kitchen and two bathrooms tiled. Art was superb at tiling these three rooms and we love the results.

Our neighbors have been keeping an eye on the progress of the project and have made comments such as how hard the crews were working and the beautiful design of the room.

We would definitely recommend Home Install Pros to anyone considering home expansion and remodeling.
