Lastly, I want to thank you for the extra work that was performed at no additional cost. Your team fixed a water pipe leak (and the resulting drywall damage) that originated while your team was working on my basement, but was in no way connected to the work your team was doing. Your team fixed the problem in record time (after normal business hours) at no additional cost - now that is service!
