not only required by law
everywhere but if your
house burns down, was
flooded, your family
suffers a personal
injury or your house is
damaged based on work
performed by unlicensed
and or unpermitted
people the
insurance companies
would not cover the
damage. Unpermitted work
done illegally also
impacts the resale of
your home. if done
correctly legally
permitted work will have

Protection Act Laws that

you sign paperwork
required by law at

not signed this document
the contractor is not
following the law and
will most likely null
and void the contract
you have with them based
